Fractalia Manager

Fractalia Manager is designed for companies that provide centralised services of reactive and proactive support, either for MSPs (Managed Services Providers) or for internal use.

• Operating systems: Windows (W2K, WXP, Vista, W7, Wmobile), Linux (Ubuntu, Open suse), Mac OSX.
• Any network connectivity (Internet, intranet, VPN, ADSL, 3G, etc.). Changes are not needed in the client's network/security, since it works through firewalls and HTTP proxies. Connectivity is always outbound (HTTP protocol) from the agent to the server.
• Multi-company environment: one server allows differentiated services to be provided to multiple companies.
• Disaster recovery: allows PC operation guarantees to be provided (SLA on software failures).
• Theft control: Remote PC blocking.
• No need for local servers at each remote site. No middleware.
• Semi-automated remote deployment.
• Ideal for settings with wide geographic dispersion.
